Situated on the banks of Loch Ness, Lodge 3 is the perfect place to explore the Scottish highlands or simply to relax and take in the breath-taking views. With 3 Double bedrooms all with En-Suite facilities, the lodge can accommodate 6/8 people as we also have a pull out bed on the mezzanine floor. The lodge has its own hot tub, BBQ facilities and is also pet friendly. We are located in Foyers, South side of Loch Ness, 20 mins from Inverness, the capital of the highlands with its excellent transport links to all major cities.

Minimum stay 3 nights
A deposit of £200 is required for a reservation.
All balances are due 60 days prior to arrival.
Weekly breaks can begin on a Monday, Friday or Saturday.
Midweek breaks begin on a Monday for 4 nights.
Weekend breaks begin on a Friday for 3 nights.

There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Utilities are charged at £8 per day.
A £30 dog charge will apply per dog.
